Launch of this year’s Morgan Foundation Entrepreneur Awards

MORGAN FOUNDATION CELEBRITY GOLF TOURNAMENT AND GALA CHARITY BALL – FRIDAY 7TH MAY 2010 AT CARDEN PARK

Twenty Six teams played golf on the stunning Nicklaus Course, with team prizes generously donated by Edencroft Fine Wines.

The winning team was Walter Forshaw Limited, closely followed by Macbryde Homes, with Deloitte in third place.  Nearest the Pin was won by Martin Hughes and The Longest Drive by Simon Drury.

In the evening a Gala Charity Ball was attended by 250 guests was hosted by Steve Morgan, with a unique and one-off performance generously given by Robert Plant.  Over £200,000 was raised at the charity auction at which Stuart Hall presided, for the benefit of The Morgan Foundation’s two nominated charities, Green Park School, Wolverhampton and St Christopher’s School, Wrexham.
